It was a very comfortable experience. I enjoyed staying in this great hotel based in a classic building. The most welcoming and very polite staff I ever met. Location: the property was just off the main attractions as well as longest shopping street.

Quaint fairly clean hotel with excellent service and views of the roof top. The room was silent, the staff was welcoming. A lot of good food for meals. Early check-in, parking on site. Everything really good!

The hotel is QUAINT and the rooms are silent. Welcoming personnel is at the reception desk. The breakfast with a warm dishes, full view of river is great for what is offered. The location is great and the best and it is next to Galleria mall in Bismarkplatz.

Very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are a little dated but the furniture and fittings are in good condition and all very clean. A nice reasonable hotel, no complaints.

The room was big size, there were an air conditioning, a storage space, and a high ceiling. The staff was welcoming and very polite and provided excellent services.

Excellent breakfast experience for families with young children. The staff went above and beyond to make our toddler feel welcome and entertained during meals. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and public transportation.

I enjoied a lot staying there. Clean, cozy, friendly atmosphere. The room was pretty big, and despite being on a really busy street we weren't annoyed at all by the traffic.

The breakfast was slightly disappointing, usually in Germany it's really rich and cheap, while here is kinda expensive and a bit poor. Still, would define the hotel a great place to stay to visit Heidelberg.

Got huge room with amazing views of the castle and climate control and a storage space. Spacious bedroom, exceptionally comfortable bed. Very central location, relatively near Christ Jewelry Store. Found in the nice area. My favorite property in Heidelberg.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the historic center, making it convenient for exploring the sights on foot. The rooms, especially on the lower floors, are spacious and offer great views to an interior yard. The breakfast, which is included in the price or offered at an additional cost, is of good quality and offers a wide variety of choices.

Noise from road works was a disturbance, but overall, everything was fine.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, and greeted us with sparkling wine as a welcome drink. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. It's located in the city center with walking distance to major sites. We really enjoyed our stay here!
